The disagreement in the knowledge individuals had to articulate and grasp the fullness of the concept is one thing, but claiming there is a denial entirely is another.

I would charitably recommend this distinction be respected and not twisted for click bait.

People even in the time of the Christ’s earthly ministry didn’t understand the Trinity like we do today (hence the Crucifixion). It was not a part of God’s Revelation that had been explicitly expressed until the Incarnation. It’s entirely possible that Abraham had no belief in the Trinity as we understand it while he was alive.

Y’all please let’s not allow some YouTube guy to profit off of sewing divisions between us. We don’t have to agree on everything, and we should examine the 99% of things Catholics and Orthodox Christians have in common. It’s perfectly reasonable to have debate, after all “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” This person is not attempting a good faith effort at this, however, and his interests are clearly focused towards tearing down rather than building up. Just ask yourselves this, on a website where controversy and anger drive clicks and revenue, why might this person have chosen to be so hostile to a fellow Brother in Christ? Why not choose to have a truly enlightening dialogue that would benefit the spiritual health of any Christian watching? The answer, as it often seems to be unfortunately, can be found by following financial incentives. I am Catholic, but I love my Orthodox brothers and sisters in Christ. God bless you all, and I pray that one day we may be reunited in communion.

Trent didn't say anything and I didn't watch the full video. But from what I gather by the question, Trent said Abraham didn't BELIEVE in the trinity. Not that it doesn't exist in the OT.
