A really concise, engaging and responsible tutorial. I love online quirky games like this but having a bit of help to understand what's going on is great. I don't understand what happens when some of the co-operating goes on and sharing mass with other players. That would be a really helpful video if you have the time.

The the mobile version is more difficult. It is a great strategy game that helps assist your mind with problem-solving skills.

Well, see, there's often this big old jerk with 1000 mass that splits to eat someone who is 50 mass. And it seems they always go for me; I'm rarely on the leaderboard simply because of that.

There's also one more for team battles where you can split into your ally's cell (who's chasing an enemy cell) to knock them closer if they're too slow. It's risky and can easily be messed up but it can work. :)

Im pretty sure it is pronounced "ay-gar" like Agar jelly which is found in petri dishes, this would make sense as they are pretty much bacteria. :-)

PRO TIPS FROM A LVL 23 :)

1) when you are small, try to split up so you could move faster, gain faster, but it makes you a bit more vulnerable.

2) when you have more than 100 mass, consider splitting on the green blobs (the ones that pop you) this may seem crazy but actually when you eat a green blob it gives you 100 mass but still pops you.

3) when someone shoots a random mass of them, try to spacebar into it as you could end up eating the person who shot it out, since he was trying to recover it, use logic on this one.

When you're spready big enough, I sugest going to the corner of the map, and following smaller players towards it, so if the get there, they have No space to move to, and you can simply eat them.

Another thing you can do is when you are just smaller than viruses, position yourself in the center of the virus.  If you do it well, you are completely hidden.  Wait until a smaller cell runs by and jump out :)
