I had to stop working out for about year when I was recovering. I thought I was being healthy and helping my recovery by working out, but it was just another way for me to control. Just be careful you're listening to your body and letting it rest. ❤

Love how you’re not doing Gucci or luxury hauls like other youtubers cause lord knows 90% of us are shopping at places like forever 21 and department stores

I love seeing you rediscover yourself. Are you ever planning on sharing more of your story? Like what motivated you to change, if people found out, what treatment you used/use, what professionals recommend? I know it’s personal, so it’s 1000% up to you, but I was curious because your journey has been so inspiring thus far 💕

The thing she said about clothes not fitting is so relatable!! I had anorexia 3 years ago and have slowly gotten from 85 lbs (I'm 5'6 so you can imagine how unhealthy that could be) to a happier and stronger 125 lbs now. Even now if I try on clothes that used to fit me (even from like a year ago when I was only 110) it can trigger me, but at least I'm aware and know I'm not alone! Thanks girl for sharing this!!!

Life hack: $0.10 off your drink if you take your own cup to Starbucks!

please take it easy on the exercise, mere <3 as someone who has had an ED for 10 years it can be very easy to fall out of one eating disorder into another, and over-exercising can be a form of an eating disorder as well. i think weights and things like yoga/pilates are great but please dont overdo it with the cardio, your body needs time to rest and recover from all it's been through. i love you and i love everything you said at the end about gaining weight! SO PROUD OF YOU FOR THROWING OUT THE SCALES AND THE SICK CLOTHES! that can be the hardest step but it's so freeing once you do!! keep it up <3

You should carry a reusable straw to not just Starbucks but also the smoothie place! And bring a reusable cup because the plastic cups aren’t good either.

It's SO refreshing to see someone openly and healthily talk about the stigma behind weight gain/loss! Your content is always on point girl 🖤

Not going to lie I don’t watch every one of your videos, but I wanted to say I really enjoyed this one. Your happiness really came out and made me smile. I understand my opinion doesn’t carry much weight and you don’t need approval from viewers, but I just wanted to say how happy you are and the progress you’ve shared with us is awesome and encouraging!

So proud of you. Mer would you ever make a video talking about exercise in recovery and how important it is to make sure you’re in a proper place to start exercising again after a restrictive ED? I know for myself I had to take months off, someone else may need more or less. Would love to see a conversation started about this.

You look gorgeous - putting on weight helped you looking a lot younger, energetic, vibrant, happier, and overall healthier. Even your hair looks shinier and thicker. I hope you will never go down that path again and wish your struggles with eating disorders will disappear, you look like the old Meredith now. Much love x

mere thank you for being real with us. The part you talked about how it was triggering when you tried on your clothes that didn't fit anymore was so relatable, im still holding onto my old smaller clothes thinking about going back to that place but seeing how you were able to let go and start anew was helpful, i've recently went to get new clothes to be more comfortable with my new body knowing that what i was before was unhealthy and an unrealistic unhappy way of living my life
