Personally I think Tv mans plan is that the speaker race will arrive to the scene just like all the other races in the last 3 parts with new upgrades and with this I think Titan Tv man in this part will become Titan cinema man again (kinda like you said some time ago) with stronger and better speakers than before (probably better than dj toilet) and with these improvements Titan tv man will be able to push the Astro juggernaut back a bit (of course this is just a theory on Titan tv mans plan and not the full part of part 4 as I expect a lot more to happen like G mans arrival or possibly Titan camera man and Titan speaker man)

Theory: Maybe the plan is to sacrifice TitanTV man. This will made astro toilet think that they killed the strongest and leaving them alone for while.
