* 2 steaks cut into 1” cubes
* Season with salt, pepper, garlic
* Sear over high heat on both sides
* Once steak is almost finished cooking, turn the pan to low and add 1/2 stick butter, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp rosemary and 1 tbsp parsley
* Coat the steak in the butter and serve
* Open a window and enjoy!
