Its the worst customer service i ever saw, they transfer my call i was 80 minutes on waiting until 4 pm which they are close and my call automatically drop

Cool tool but I would advise to learn how to properly troubleshoot faults and other factors before you use this fancy tool. That way you just don’t depend on a tool but your skill set.
