The Begode Master is GREAT! But how much High Speed Range does it Get? Is the Braking Bad?

Loving the Master! AMA. This my third day riding it. Today testing medium mode.
How's the audio on this video, too loud?

Yeah, a range test would be cool, like some others are saying. It’s clearly not a top-speed long-range wheel, but how far can it get you if you ride in the 30-35mph speed range?

1:29 Is that downtown Las vegas in the background?

Nice review Zen, yes the Master is about speed, we have other wheels for range days. Can’t wait to get mine.

This wheel was on my radar before I got the Commander HS but moving forward I think this will be my first suspension wheel.

Hi Zen!
I also have a master 50E V1, are a bit hesitant to push the limits on it, as I heard the lead inside the battery can get hot and break. are you still on the V1? If so any issues so far?

I'm looking at the Begode EX2 C30...that thing looks sick...maybe one day...

Another great video. Got a Master coming soon. Would you advise doing sticky velcro onto the existing pad glue, or did you remove the original 3M pads altogether first ? If so, was that easy, and did you find anything particularly good at removing the residue ?! Cheers.

In Vegas, they drive pretty fast on local, you do need a 70 mph wheel. How are people going to be impressed to get into EUC if you ride slower than the traffic?! lol

I would like to see more about its braking capability, compared to any wheel.

Would like to see a video on Tire change

Nice Video!
i've got hard time choosing my next wheel, if you could answer some questions i might do the right choice.
Begode MASTER SAMSUNG 50E or Begode EX.N H-Torque C38 Electric Unicycle 100V 2700Wh

Wich one has higher Torque and climb?

And how much differ Torque and Climb? 5-30%????

{tl;dr.}
Hopefully, near future EUC suspensions will "actively" and automatically adjust in height to suit the conditions on the ride. The rider could set their preferred presets for preload, spring rate, dampening rate, initial ride height, maximum ride height, etc. Pre-configured performance characteristics could also inform "machine learning algorithms" to react to how the rider responds to conditions. Having an EUC suspension adjust automatically wouldn't be to difficult to optimize (i.e. continuously self-learn and auto-adjust) across the spectrum from linear to non-linear demands.

Personally, I would like to control the pedal height proportional to centrifugal force, lean angle, speed and the count per minute of pedal force switch-overs; this could assist an active suspension by indicating the smoothness/technical nature of the terrain, as well as how aggressively that rider is demanding performance response from the system. Independently variable footplate height could make pedal scraping and clipping nearly impossible within targeted maneuvering limitations. Currently there is ample power for "jump assist" of up to a foot or two without active rider input; this could look like a doubling of jump height that the rider could achieve through muscular assistance alone. The benefits to rider safety would be even more profound. {Screw my car, I'd rather have Mario-like capabilities on my EUC so that I could jump over environmental threats in my way, like a hazard in the trail/roadway, an animal/child or IED. I'm not asking to jump like Evil Knievel... just a curb for me or a loading dock for you.}

There's no theoretical reason our suspensions shouldn't learn our custom preferences and target optimal outcomes. Oh, yeah... well money (and time) might delay it somewhat but the active suspension for Boston Dynamics rollin' bot has sufficient capacity to enhance the existing rider demands at any level of skill or experience. China has no less technical ability to make this happen for their military applications, if funded by their equivalent to DARPA (i.e. MIC sponsored public-private partnership contracts). Make it so, CEOs.

It seems to me as a consumer and bystander that it would take very little effort to improve the Master/Ex20s to be military-grade hardware with systemic redundancies, which would then justify Communist Party State funding for R&D. Seed capital, loans and partnerships necessary to implement an active suspension is worthy for both humanitarian and operational tactical support service applications in either warfare or response to natural disaster events.

Clearly, the existing big 3 manufactures have been considered as glorified toy-makers due to IP rights "confusion"... but soon they will be impossible to ignore as a viable adaptation to the current climate annihilation now in process. Why these companies are not target marketing to active-military service personal AND their children is beyond my insight into their organic growth strategies... all I want is to be able to ride my EUC to/from the grocery store when I'm 70-80. And that's not too much to ask, expect or demand IMHO.

Yeah I've been right in my UC to work and my supervisor was saying he wanted to get one but when he found out that they can't go 70 he said he'll just wait for that.i dont think he understands how crazy 70mph on a uni will be.

WattsSingleTrack channel implied that the braking/acceleration on the Master was best in medium mode. Wondering if others experience similar results while riding medium versus hard modes?

Not sure if someone’s mentioned it but I’m sure people have found a way to lower it. Saw a clip recently of guys that did it

I noticed you mentioned the Molicel option but what about Litech? Would this be a good choice?

According to a video I saw on erides, they said the molicel option would be 2000wh whereas the Litech option would be 2400wh, same as the regular LG M50LT. 🤷🏻‍♂️

You need to look at battery discharge vs time curves to properly access which battery would actually perform better. Given your 7-10 mile estimate that equals 10-15 minutes of ride time. The 50E2 and P42A are basically equal a 10 minute continuous discharge to 3.25V.

how does the acceleration compare to RS HT/ Begode EX like 0-30MPH would it be a close race or is the 134Volts a big upgrade?
