Omar Khayyám ,Омар Хайям(1048--1131 Persian: ‏عمر خیام‎) was a Persian polymath: philosopher, mathematician, astronomer and poet. He also wrote treatises on mechanics, geography, mineralogy, music, climatology and Islamic theology.

When I was a school kid Omar Khayyam was portrayed to me as a rich and happy person. Any time he can fill the glass with Siraj (red wine), and a Saki is always here to serve.  At that time I had no idea what is mortal an what is immortal. After all these years his philosophical ideas about life and love is exposed to me with mathematical calculations. He is not only a mathematician and a philosopher but also  a genius category human. I did not understand the language of this presentation but loved the music and it sounded very much full of love. thank for the presentation.
