I agree with everything you said about this vacuum. These are great vacuums. I bought the midi version about a year ago and I’m regretting now that I didn’t just spend the extra money and get the CT26 instead. Might still get it sometime in the near future.

I have 4 bad things to say about these. 3x the price of a high quality shop vac and 2x the price of a fein. Extremely small proprietary hose size. Even for 1200 CAD +15% tax you don't get any attachments other then a crevice tool. Some of the plastic feels kinda cheap. Although tbf the one we have in woodshop at school is probably 10 years old.

Festool is worth the money if you need a true tradesman's tool. 6 years and I become a bigger fan every day.
