Well...we know that the Iranians are motivated : have the resources, money, material, technology & the right professionals in order to accomplished their goal !!! So that make it possible !!! But in order to avoided criticism & oppositions then they acted in a completely different way !!! Hide clearly the bomb !!! Although have the provide surrounded parts & in an emergency they can fairly put the parts together & can make a useful bomb without any problem !!! I think so !!!
