MY UNIVERSITY EXPERIENCE & WHAT'S NEXT | University of Toronto

Hey everyone! Today I'm sharing a highly requested video– my university/college experience at the University of Toronto. For those of you who are new here, I got my business degree through the Rotman Commerce undergraduate program at UofT's St.George (downtown) campus. In this video I share my journey throughout the program, and also give you guys an update as to what my next steps are (and how I'm dealing with this major life change). Thank you for this video. My mom has been giving me a hard time because I decided that I didn't want to go back for my Master's and because I decided I'm moving out in July...and it's been really hard. I'm currently stressed about the whole job hunting while also being constantly told that I am making a mistake. So, I really needed this encouragement today. You have inspired me in so many ways. An education is never a waste of time. I completed my law degree at Dalhousie University and practiced law for a couple of years. Now I am a comedian/broadcaster/writer. My education is of use to me all the time.

I just finished my first year at the University of Toronto, and man was it wild! The stress and the breakdowns were real. Knowing that these experiences are shared with others is really comforting though. But I met some of my best friends on residence, and living in the Toronto area has been liberating because I came from a small town. So glad this video came up in my recommendations.
