But I was listening to CBC the other morning while trying to exercise and hopefully recover some of my interests in playing and writing and they played your song. Congratulations on the ECMA song of the year for this one - well deserved!! I’ve been lucky to hear you perform it live three times this spring: at the Jay Smith benefit show, at one of the Rebecca Cohn shows(the Thursday one that sold out super fast) and most recently at the ECMA songwriters circle. Great to hear each time, along with the stories about it. Have been playing the Concertos & Serenades album lots. Sent a copy to my musician parents along with some writing about what I like about the album.
