Probably a trainee practicing the basics. Squaring up like that is a confrontational stance, and eye contact is good but constant eye contact is discomforting. It’s possible to appear natural/casual and still be professional at the same time. Act like you know the person who answered the door, be respectful but more emotive with facial expressions, inflection and body language. Every sale is two sales: the final is your solution, the first is you. Just be yourself.
