I worked in a kitchen for a time at a university dining hall as my student job, and I did not enjoy it… Constant pressure, not knowing exactly how to make things, not knowing where all the ingredients are, trying to remember what recipe I’m making while having to multitask, getting a severe burn on my arm, etc 😅
