June 2025!! Yesterday was my 30th birthday and came across this song after not hearing it for and completely forgetting about it while scrolling thru tiktok and i can’t stop listening to it 🥲 such a nostalgic feeling listening to it especially right now feeling so old for not being in my 20’s anymore 😭😭

I don’t understand why I am crying while listening to this at 3:50 AM in 2019.

UPDATE: I realized that as simple as this song might seem, it ended up representing the last time that I felt truly happy with 0 obstacles in front of me. I’ve got a fresh decade to get that 2011 sense of indoor sunglass wearing fun back. As hard as things may be at the end of this year and the decade as a whole, knowing that feeling existed at all is proof that I’m capable of it. It might be lame as hell but sometimes it’s the little things that make you think.
