Update I downloaded the recent update to my ps5 and I am not getting that message anymore. I believe it was a technical problem. Not sure but download the recent update and rebuild your ps5 database.

Try and sign out of your remote play app then connect your phone and ps to the same network. Sign back in to your ps account on the remote play app and link your ps. Make sure you change the mobile data setting to on in remote play app settings. Worked for me

You have to go in the ps4 go to settings account management activate you primary ps4 or ps5

usually happens after a PSN update. reconnect your device on same network as your PS and it should work...frustrating for me as I can be away for a good few weeks meaning I lose daily RDR2 bonus. grrr

If you have T mobile or Att&t you have to do port forwarding on your router and everything will work perfectly

At least you get this far... I can't get past "Sign in to PSN" "Something went wrong. Please Try again later."
I got past it ONCE, and then when I tried clicking on the PS5 to log in, nothing would happen... like I clicked on it, and it ignored me lol

If everyone is stuck in this just go to setting on ps remote then click “mobile data” turn it on and you should be good . I was struggling as well

I can’t log into my main account every time I get in I have to resign in then I press my account then it kicks me out

Manipulate it turn on mobile data on the app in the settings, then turn off wifi on your phone. Then try to connect to your PS5/PS4 it should work quickly. Once you get past the connection then turn WiFi back on your phone.

Go to link Device in the ps5 console. It will show you a set of number that needs to be typed in the device you are using. Then try to connect again. It will solve the problem

i have issues too… first of all i have my ps5 for maybe some weeks. I just found out about remote play and the first time it worked really well but now it tells me im connected to my acc even if im not… its so weird
and it says it cant find my linked ps5… wtf

Mine only works with the same wi-fi connected and just got mine on New Year’s Eve
