This is the highly anticipated compact version of our full size Flagship Sled, for those who want a smaller, easier, lighter sled, or those who want a sled that will perfectly fit their jobsite saw. Of course it still works perfectly on any full size saw, and probably 75% of the time we pick and use the compact version on our big cabinet Sawstop cabnet saw because it's just so easy and convenient.

You can switch between thin kerf and dado blades without having to build a whole new sled, just slide the zero clearance inserts to accommodate the blade thickness.

We also thought about the different sleds we use and incorporated all of those uses into this sled. So, instead of having a large and cumbersome sled just for making picture frames, this sled has an attachment to make picture frames perfectly. And, instead of a separate sled for cutting accurate angles we have incorporated an attachment that will do the same thing.
The movable zero clearance inserts can also be moved to allow the blade to be tilted to cut bevels. And, it accommodates both left and right tilting saws.

I get all of my Carhartt stuff from Dungarees! In fact, they carry every single thing Carhartt makes and they were the very first company to ever sell Carhartt online.

Here are some Great 10" Saw Blades to use with this sled

Nice James, I was gone for two years, had a stroke, but I am back in my shop, and it is so nice to see your still going. I also remember your lovely Kids, the young one and the married one which just start their own shop if I remember remember correctly. I am from Cape town South Africa.

This is great James! Much more efficient to have this sled for a job site saw. Will buy plans now. And yes, sponsors on great videos such as yours is no problem at all for us DIY'ers. Do sponsors you can stand behind and it will be great!

Love the new flip stopblock. Looks like something fun to make out of some pretty scrap like purpleheart.

You absolutely should. You have nearly half a million subscribers. Some of the biggest companies would sponsor you, likely everyone you call will be interested. They sponsor some I have seen with less than 100k subscribers, and not real good content. You have great content that continues to bring people back. Call them up, I'm sure you will be presently surprised.

You are a great wealth of knowledge, James. If you speak favorably about a product, I look into it to see if its something I would use. I trust your integrity to accept sponsorship from quality companies with quality products. Have at it lad.

I made one of these and love it. I do wonder in retrospect though why we didn't use a router to channel out the zero clearance plates. Chiseling those out cleanly took a LOT of time.

I have the skilsaw worm gear drive. It is great. Sort of a cabinet saw it’s something I really enjoy using for its power and ease of transport (the wheels are enormous)

I see many others doing videos where they incorporate sponsors. I think it's something you should consider, and with your integrity, I believe you will make the right choice of which companies to partner with

I think you should approach companies that you use regularily that is the best way to have a sponsor. Atleast then your being honest with your subscribers not just being a shill. I appreciate that.
