Interesting video, but it seems like you're only testing PLA here. I'd like to see PETG and especially ABS as well.

glue squeeze out is good, it tells you that the entire mating surface is covered in adhesive. Gorilla glue works well with quite a bit of water on the parts, it requires moisture to cure properly. This was a good series of tests and you executed them well. Great Job!

Jb Weld super weld UV cured....best I've ever used

try adding a fillet to the 3d prints (and maybe some ribbing/handles to increase grip/torsion, or maybe just a wider circle for any torsional snaps), and also maybe print them long ways so that the print don't break between layer lines (if you want it to be THAT study). Anyways appreciate the content really informational!

think ill stick to hot glue for most of my prints, but i will be getting a 2 part compound glue for plastic if i need anything to seriously stick and handle some abuse

Never seen your channel thanks for this. Just wish you would have also tried a hide glues well. A wood worker just starting to add some 3D printed items. If you try live to see your results

I don't think anyone would question if you're strong enough.😄 I'd be interested in another test like this with a couple of new contenders added and some of the good ideas suggested in the comments.

Very good content 👌. I would suggest one thing for your next glue test. Instead of printing a vertical round pipe, I would print an hexagonal (or octogonal) pipe flat on the print bed. For your tests, that would prevent having a split at a weak point (layer line) and could give you a better idea of the glue strenght... and would help you on the twist test 😁 Hope I've made myself clear enough (I'm french Canadian 😐) You've got a happy new subscriber!

It's pretty difficult to compare strength if the part is breaking before the glue 🤣not that I'd expect you to redo the whole video for it

Your design is flawed and fragile. Not good enough to get accurate results for which is best. The only conclusion is that some are extremely bad
