Are you sure about that though? Ghouls can only be damaged by kagune material. The bullets they get shot by are Q bullets made by quinque steel(harvested kagune from murdered ghouls.) not even a nuke could kill a ghoul so we gotta think about this from an unbiased and logical standpoint. Can a shinobi even pierce a ghoul’s skin? And would genjutsu work on kaneki? After what jason put him through, would tsukuyomi work? He’s basically a jinchuriki but with unbreakable skin, armor from his many kakujas, and mitotic regeneration.
