Is no one gonna talk about how Roger nailed the vocals AND still rocks the drum perfectly?

I’m a huge fan of Queen, never thought I’d see their music in a borderlands trailer lol

Fun Fact: ”Seven seas of rhye” is a Freddie’s and his sister Kashimira’s imaginary place where they played when they were young. So Freddie did this to honour Kashimira.🎤🕊

It’s amazing to think that on this day in 1974, as I write this, this song was released as a single. Its crazy that Queen’s first big hit is now officially 50. Still going strong!

LOVE the piano intro for this!❤❤
You guys were (and still are) awesome! Miss Freddie, though...😢

This is probably one of the best examples of Freddie's abilities both with the piano and his voice... A masterpiece that is not even 3 minutes long

there's something so magical about this. the piano, the falsetto on "forever", the guitar, the production, its all incredible.

I heard this for the first time in the Bohemian Rhapsody film and have been listening on repeat. 1:12 is my favourite part.

Anyone else here because of Queen and not because of Borderlands?

FYI I am really happy they used a Queen song, I want more young people to be introduced to the greatest band ever.

Fear me you lords and lady preachers
I descend upon your earth from the skies
I command your very souls you unbelievers
Bring before me what is mine
The seven seas of rhye
Can you hear me you peers and privvy counsellors
I stand before you naked to the eyes
I will destroy any man who dares abuse my trust
I swear that you'll be mine
The seven seas of rhye
Sister I live and lie for you
Mister do and I'll die
You are mine I possess you
I belong to you forever
Storm the master marathon I'll fly through
By flash and thunder fire I'll survive
Then I'll defy the laws of nature and come out alive
Then I'll get you
Be gone with you, you shod and shady senators
Give out the good, leave out the bad evil cries
I challenge the mighty titan and his troubadours
And with a smile
I'll take you to the seven seas of rhye

I was in Holland/Belgium back then... It was the most brilliant school trip ever... This song was everywhere... I love it....

"Fear me you Lords and Lady preachers, I descend upon your Earth from the skies!" That's a badass opening line.

In 1974 no one in the band had a TV, so they had to watch themselves perform their first breakthrough song through the window of an electronics shop.

Watching Freddie in the beginning on the piano is satisfying, he was so talented and the most fabulous man alive, what a queen✨👑

About a week ago, the movie "Bohemian Rhapsody" was showed at a small city in Japan. I watched it at there.
This small city is Yamaguchi.
Once upon a time, there was a small gymnasium at same place.
And QUEEN had done their live concert in that small gymnasium with all their might.
They came back to Yamaguchi as the biographical movie.
At the same place, a few hundreds Japanese audiences (including me) watched "Bohemian Rhapsody" with love.
We Japanese people love QUEEN forever. God bless QUEEN.
