How to increase your FPS in Guild Wars 2 in 2021?

In this video we will have a look at D912PXY - a tool for GW2 that converts Guild Wars 2 into a directX12 game, coming from directX9. It also stores/caches certain effects/shaders locally to improve performance.

Will it work? What improvements can you expect? I've tested it and the comparison benchmarks can be seen in the video, but I generally got around a 10% FPS improvement in GW2, with up to double the framerate in certain areas.

after passing to dx12 i gained a hella 30 fps boost on every situation inside the game, cool tut ty :D

awesome guide, installed using your gw2 addon manager video and performance increase is so good!! just wondering, how did you manage to constantly display FPS and ping on the top left window?

my FPS were always over 70+, 50+ ish in populated areas.. however my frametime pulses up now and then and causes that weird stutter when there are any players around every damn 10 seconds... Any solutions to that?
