I know what it’s like to be in agony in legs and feet but still have to keep going with a pretend smile. Plus no bloomin food or diet drink. I’d be in a right mood.
But Sharon keeps smiling on.
Medicate maximally and rest up.
Tm find a lovely place for lunch with all of Sharon’s favourite food. Get to a supermarket and stock up on diet free and still water!

Research Is always the key, last time I went to Prague you could buy a ticket for a minibus from the airport which drops off at different hotels. Once there us out the local transport, underground metro and trams will get you to most places in the city

Love your vidios martin an sharon look forward to them, so sorry your in pain Sharon with your knee, can I surgest you get yourself some bandage and some castor oil, massage some into the part of your knee that hurts and obviously bandage it cos its an oil and you don't want it on your clothes plus the bandage will give your knee some support, but its marvellous for easing pain in joints, an rest it as much as you can, hope that helps, be looking forward to tomorrow's vidio, love watching you two and your family, great vidios xx

Well when you go to some ware so exotic it's all in the itinerary the planing, of what you Want to see were your going to eat. prep ahead. It's a good idea to get a local tourist guide for the day. who's show you the best places to see and even eat.❤😂😅😢😊🎉

Did you go into the lidl or tesco for diet drinks? They probably will have them.
Sharon, I had a terrible toothache and my dentist had me take 3 Advil and 1 naproxen all at once. Good for pain and inflammation. Lidl or tesco should have both and they might even have a knee brace. Hope you feel better. Martin..shame on you for eating in front of Sharon like that. You should have gone to the counter and ordered her wrap then waited for her to get her food. Especially with her sore knee. Splurge on a taxi back to your hotel.
