For 7 years, I've practiced Yoga and meditation and only recently had I looked into Tai Chi.

What I have learned is that with a clear mind, comes balance. With balance, comes harmony. With harmony, comes happiness. True self is without form.

A person's greatest weakness, is their self. Your mind is what fights you. All these thoughts and negativity lead to imbalance in inner harmony. Thoughts will always go by because that's what they are: Just thoughts.

I was once suicidal. My life was static because of everything I was dealing with. When I learned to calm my mind and flow my thoughts, the feeling of depression just, disappeared. It was as if a dam in my stream of thoughts opened a floodgate to ease the tension, and I am grateful.

This is the sort of stuff they should really teach in schools as part of physical education. There's something magical about it.

To train your mind takes time. Once you train it is a beautiful experience. Meditation is an amazing way to connect with your inner being and your emotions. Once you learn to view the world in a peaceful perspective you have reached your full potential of happiness.

Man. I really sure do appreciate being pulled out of my meditative state of mind due to pointless ads interrupting me.

Edit: I realize YouTube uses The Adverts for money I was only being sarcastic. I know there's youtube premium. I just think it's funny that they have to put ads on a video designed for meditation. I've meditated with monks before and it's considered very rude to interrupt somebody during their meditation.
