I don’t see Anaheim being ahead of Minnesota. Minnesota has better Defense and offence then Anaheim

Nice video. Seem like a very reasonable dude. I agree with everything except I'd have Colorado and Vegas switched. Though, its damn close, and you made a good case for having Vegas on top.

As an Avs fan, while I disagree with where you placed the Avs (I'm optimistic they'll take first, possible homer vibes on my part), I agree with everything you said about them. When Calvert got hurt in the playoffs last year it felt like something was missing. The guy plays with so much energy. He's exactly the type of player that you want in your bottom 6. All that said, Vegas is a very strong team as well. It really seems like a 2 horse race in this division with St. Louis coming up quick.

Wild fan here. I am excited to see what our young players can do, and I think they will spark a lot of offense while our defense is still very solid. As for the goalie situation, I feel like Talbot is okay and Stalock is okay. What I really want to see the team do is to play Kahkonen in a lot more games. I feel like he will become our top goalie and the sooner the team figures that out, the more games the Wild will win. I see them finishing 4th or 5th.

Im a vgk fan myself and one of my biggest unpoplular opinions ever is that you cannot sleep on Anaheim this year. i think they have a good roster of young guys mixed with verterans, and if John Gibson stays healthy, I think theyll shock a lot of people

As a Wild fan, I'm not mad at your take. I think it could go 2 ways, and how opposite those ways are. If I'm not mistaken, there will be almost 10 new faces in a Wild sweater this season. I think it all depends on how well the younger guys play, especially Kaprizov with his transition into the NHL (a first line rookie, might I add). If all the offseason additions don't gel together right away, this season could be a bust. But, I believe that if they hit the ground running they could shock the league. I think finding out if Marco Rossi will make the NHL jump this season or not will be a big factor, as well. At the end of the day, if this season tanks but it means the players develop more and get chemistry, which leads to success later, I'm ok with that.

Congrats on 25k subs Neil. Hitting that goal once is hard enough but doing it a second time is on another level. Congrats man🎈🎈🎉🎉

Minnesota is going to be very average, but I see them more around 5. They will have a couple snipers in Fiala and Kaprizov. Solid goal scores in Parise and Bonino. Bjugstad is a wild card, as well Zucc. And a very solid top 4 blue liners in suter, Spurg, dumbs, and brodin. Goal tending should fine with Talbot. Overall I don’t see them making the playoffs, but they’ll finish better than 7th in the west I believe.

I think that Colorado and Montreal are very similar teams in the sense of depth

Before watching:
8) Sharks
7) Kings (goaltending too questionable)
6) Coyotes (what is happening over there)
5) Ducks (why not)
4) Wild (they live on the fringe, no reason to think this year will be different)
3) Blues (still not convinced they're top tier after losing Petro)
2) Golden Knights (they're good at hockey)
1) Avalanche (like everyone else in the world, I think they're looking real good)
