What if AMC and GME had a merger and GME store were brought into every AMC theatre? This would cut GME's biggest overhead, (store rent) to ZERO and the 4 billion cash could be used to pay off AMC's debt. This might then allow a dividend to be paid on stock. What do you think? Is this possible? Would there be space enough in AMC theatres to have a GME store?

I thought the restructuring of debt had to do with selling intellectual property and other unknown assets to investors.

And if they are heavily shorting with synthetic shares, would they hedgies not have to pay the dividend to themselves?
