Why is it that when I play fifa 23 using a compact disc, it always lags and suddenly the ps4 turns off by itself and only plays within 5 to 15 minutes, while when playing a digital download game there is no problem like that

Bro my prob is that suddenly for example i open settings i wont open it will freeze there and when i put it in rest mode or turn off the message that was written like do not remove the plug etc also disappears. Got any solution?

My ps4 takes about 10 minutes to load into games.I rebuilt the database 2 times, tried everything but it’s still not getting fixed. My internet speed in general is 237 mbp/s but on my ps4 it’s 10 mbp/s for download and for upload it’s 600 kbps. Please someone help
