George Harrison met Indian classical musician Ravi Shankar who was popular for playing Sitar. And George was greatly inspired by Ravi for which he took up the path of inner life and had a love towards Indian culture and Hinduism. The song 'My Sweet Lord' is one of the prooves where one can get to hear 'Halleluijah' and 'Hare Krishna' at the same time on chorus.

Donovan developed a crush on Jenny Boyd, sister of Pattie, during the time in India. She became a sort of muse to Donovan, and he wrote the lovely "Jennifer Juniper" for her.

I was 7/8 year old when I read that article about the Greatest Band of all time in Hrishikesh, at first I didn’t knew about the greatness of these 4 but now 8 years later I can die to time travel and meet John and George

Ringo didn't need any meditation. He was already well adjusted to life. Donovan also said of Paul that the melody's just flowed out of him while in India.

I hate when people dismiss the drug experimentation and the trip to India etc, as "Beatles got weird"

A Beatles "Lord of The Rings" would have been really cool, but good thing they made it how they did. Stanley Kubrick or David Lean would have been good directors though.

Just listened to the Super Deluxe White Album about a week ago and I freaking love the Esher demos. It’s beautiful to hear the beginning form of each song... In my own opinion, the White album is easily my favorite Beatles album for how underrated it is. By the way, love your videos! Please keep doing what you’re doing :)

3:25 not only did Mike Love take credit for writing a lot of Beach Boys songs that Brian Wilson mostly wrote, but then he takes credit for a Beatles song?

George eventually became a Hare Krishna...see My Sweet Lord. He gave money and land to the movement. Do a video about George's continued spirituality. He's the only one that stuck with it for a lifetime.

I grew up in 60s and 70s with only 2 Beatles albums in our house.
One was the White Album. Brought in by an older cousin.
That's one thing i learnt from your video and it's another piece in the puzzle of my life when Indian spirituality came to me as small messages from childhood.
Then in my mid 30s i came to India and have since spent a lot of time in India diving deeper into meditation and spirituality
