Alex, you should give all of your valets a Christmas bonus. they literally prop up your business. As a business owner, you should give them differential pay for every holiday.

Future reference.... Make it right by YOUR employees….
Determine the amount of the bonus from the high rise, and beat it by $50 an employee.

You'll have employees that see how much you appreciate them and they will return it 10x over time

a stingy employer who thinks contract employees dont deserve the same respect despite showing up to the same workplace in whatever weather every day, that seems like an appropriate but unfortunate end to the crumy plague year that was 2020

Other than it being on the list nobody should ever expect a bonus especially during a pandemic.. Just google the word "BONUS" and find out what it actually means. Saying that I wouldn't be happy
if my job was on that list and I was expecting it.

For Xmas bonuses, people expect them and count on them. Its extra money. Do not rely on it like a weekly paycheck. So if you don't get one, fine. But if you do receive one, be grateful for any amount. Companies don't HAVE to give out bonuses. I don't get one but my gf does and I tell her the same thing lol
