Looks like there were a lot of structural issues with that home. I’m not surprised they abandoned it. It was probably way more expensive to fix than they could get trying to sell it flipped due to the area not being in high enough demand.

My old house was 1959 Kinsey st. Muskegon michigan(i dont live any where near there anymore) but the house next to it was demolished and i wanted to know if you could make a video about it??its the one to the left of 1959!

They just don't make houses like they used to. Why destroy all of the history these places have? I'm sure it was just too expensive and not worth the renovation
