Never had this issue at LV. Tip: call customer service prior to going into your store. They can tell you if an item is in stock. You can even buy it and pick up same day IF you order early enough.

I use to work for Louis Vuitton and this type of limiting product, doesn’t exist in most Louis Vuitton stores. At my store, we were always selling things from display or from the drawers, didn’t really matter really.

I think what might be happening is, that this store might get many people not wanting display items. So they’ve essentially only offering drawer items instead, though this is just my theory.

If you walk into any Louis Vuitton store, you shouldn’t have them serve you like this. It makes me wonder why this store acts this way…

Also we didn’t really sell the “exclusive” aspect of the brand, being most of the time we had doubles of all items. It was only really the higher end pieces such as exotic bags, FJ and object nomads. In which we had very limited stock of.

In marbella you can just go in and buy whats there, they are usually really helpful .

Theres other shops there such as d and g, they have full customisation services in house really good

I walked into the LV store and bought the passport cover on the spot. Nobody told me such BS, I even got initials engraved in gold and coffee and cookies while waiting.
