I'm happy with what I've seen of Arlecchino so far. We've heard she is a heartless Knave from Tartaglia and Wanderer, but that isn't all. She is obviously caring of her children like Lyney, Lynette, and Freminet, who have a lot of good things to say about her. Actually meeting her, I don't get the sense that she is with the Fatui as a Harbinger for the same reasons as the other Harbingers we've seen. Jester and Dottore have shown interest in ending the reign of the Gods or subverting their power for themselves, Scara was there because he wanted revenge against the Gods for everything he lost over his life, and Tartaglia is there because he wants to fight incredibly strong enemies. I'm not sure what her actual goals are yet, but what we have seen so far is completely contradictory of what we know of the Harbingers so far, and I am all for it.

I have absolutely zero doubts a character that got its 3D model showcase and most screentime by huge margin in 4.0 trailer will become playable.
However I don't think I have seen anywhere confirmed that previous House of Hearth boss was a harbinger so I don't think this Arlecchino has to be the second one.

I dont think she is trying to trick us. Arlecchino values her children more than anything and she wouldn't want to create bad blood between them. She is also not loyal to the Tsaritsa just like Scaramouche and is in it just for her own benefit which means she could leave the Fatui or we are going to have a direct connection within the Top Harbingers and maybe even the Director himself

I'm glad she cares for the kids in the orphanage, besides that she also seems to care for the people of Fontaine too. I like her and Sandrone from all the fatui harbingers (and Pantalone but i can't trust anyone with a smile like that).
