Matrix Form of the Simplex Method

I am a Ph.D Scholar, and I did a course before on this, but never understood the concepts so clearly. This video not only helps us to learn Simplex, but this video also helped me how to teach simplex to someone. Generally people start with matrix method and then goes to tabular method, which is a wrong way to teach.

Hello, I have one quick question. For the 3rd constraint at 1:49 of the video. Why is your artificial variable labeled A3 instead of A1, since is it the first artificial variable being introduced? I would have thought that the artificial variable would be A1 since it is your first one. Hope this made sense. Thanks
