The new tank sounds great and a very interesting project. The Sevenports' tanks are beautiful but "pricey". I don't see them offering cabinets to support their larger tanks, but it appears they are standardize sizes for the most part.

I tried CO2 injection into the tube from the canister filter, reverted to a diffuser in the tank. One of the nice stainless steel neck products from AliExpress - much easier to manage

Just beautiful!! One of the things I've never had the opportunity to enjoy yet is a better quality glass aquarium! The 33 gallon that I'm getting ready to set up is a used "Aquarium Masters" and I'm not sure, but I think it has better glass on it...it is very thick and it also has the black silicone... we'll just have to see 😁
I love this tank that your spotlighting... it looks fantastic! Very impressive!! I really like the fact that it has this sump type filtration system in it! Definitely a plus! I have yet to try one of these chambered tanks. I do have a 2nd Waterbox Clear Mini 16 on its way. Looking forward to see what you do with your new tank!

Don't really understand how a uv sterilizer works in an aquarium, l know it "cleans" the water of algae, harmful bacteria but what about all the beneficial stuff? Beautiful tank by the way.
