Badly designed airport. Outside cafes I saw not one seat in the mall for you to sit with a child or an elderly person while another might be in the shops. You have to go to the gate areas to find seats.

Then you land into o'hare in Chicago. Straight into a four lane connecting line. Three immigration officers checking passports. TSA yelling at everybody. The ceiling is halfway done. More lines after passport check. Half an hour for luggage to show up on the carousel. More lines when exiting. And you're left thinking...THIS is the United States?

It looks super modern, beautiful and ultra luxurious but so creepy at the same time. The emptiest and saddest airport I have ever saw. Remnds me of some kind of hi-tech ghost town. I had impression that 90% of people there are employers. Are they really need to build so huge and expensive project for so few people? I get depressed every time I think of this airport.
