yea I purchased the Uncle Seiko half link for mine. The half link helps a lot. Now that I have gotten used to the bracelet I moved a few links around and I don’t even need the half link for a good fit. I use the t fit clasp everyday sometimes multiple times a day I love it. Try purchasing two uncle seiko half links and play with the link arrangement you might find a good fit that way.

You make a great point: when you spend a lot of money for a watch, you want it to fit perfectly. I think that speaks to what you always say: buy what you love. No matter how much you spend, how “hot” the watch is, if the fit is off, it will potentially sit unworn and unloved.

I have two half links for my BB54 and got the perfect T-Fit.
Two half links together are 13mm and 3mm longer than one whole link.
That did the trick for me.

By the way, for those who wear a watch to bed I recommend the Ball Watch Fireman Enterprise. $990 at Gnomon, these watches have tritium (gas filled tubes) hour markers that do not need to be charged to see clearly in the dark. I understand that these tubes have a lifespan of about 25 years. I put mine on a custom leather strap and an OEM Ball deployment clasp. Comfortable and completely visible all night.

This was my biggest concern before buying the BB54. I have a 6.3 inch wrist and ended up removing 4 links with the T-fit adjusted to the tightest position. It wears perfectly with 8 cm room for on the fly adjustment. Math seems to be off though if you have a 6.5 inch wrist. It could very well be the shape of the wrist or T-fit moves when you open the clasp. Heard it unlocks when opened from the back end of the clasp as how I used to do with my BB58. Else, half link is the way to go. Nice info though for people looking to buy the BB54!

Great video as usual Tony. After careful consideration I think the solution to the 6 1/2” wrist is to go on a diet of Pizza, Pie and lots of beer. Also this diet requires zero exercise. In a couple months the wrist will balloon up nicely.🤣 Take Care

Jeepers Tony, I am so lucky with my BB54 fit. The sales lady at my AD had the patience of a saint. She was back and forth setting it perfect, so much so I have yet to use adjustment 😊😊😊

I put an Uncle Seiko half link on my Tudor and it was perfect after that with, four and half links on the six o'clock portion of the bracelet. I also have a six and half inch wrist.

I think Rolex and Tudor really should offer half links for all their models and it really puts me off.

I have same issue with the fit on my 6.5” wrist. Glad you point it out :)

Thanks man, good to know, i am getting one anyway but great to know man. I like my watches kinda loose fit, but the fitting is important.

I had the exact same problem and I have a 6.25” wrist. The uncle seiko half link was the solution 👍

I hear ya man. I'm the same way. Tool less micros are nice but if you don't get enough adjustments, their moot. I prefer a 6 way hole design in the clasp. I've found that usually works with all bracelets. Like you, my wrist expands and contracts all day. Just bought a San Martin on a oyster. Love the watch but I have the exact same problem so I have to wear it loose.

Thanks a lot- great content. That is what drives me mad about bracelets. Most of them are not really individually adjustable. That is the challenge with bracelets from GP, Cartier, IWC, AP etc. The best solution is the micro adjustment and micro regulation on the Rolex bracelets. IMHO

I had a Tudor Ranger 39 mm and had the same issue. I sold the watch cuz i didn’t like it too tight or too loose. I like watches that fit nice😁

Very tempted with the 54, just not sure I can justify the price at the moment. Lovely looking watch through and a great review.

Same here. I had to buy a half link. Now it's perfect.

The lume is great. I have 20/700 vision and wear my watch while I sleep and have no problem at telling the time at night
