I go metal detecting on a Roman site field with the minelab equinox 800 using high recovery speed field 1 settings finding Roman and Medieval coins and artefacts. Also used the Coiltek coil 10x5 for precision targeting.

What an amazing hunt, Dale, that enamelled mount is absolutely fabulous and always like seeing hammered coins coming up. Your find at 8:35 [bronze disc with three holes] is, I think, part of a Roman document seal, the sealing wires would have threaded through the holes. Quite a rare find.
