The reason it was scaled back is because there was inadequate funding. Funding comes from hotel & restaurant tax revenue, which the Mayor says was affected due to Covid 19. However, where did the money from the 2020 cancelled Air & Water show go (which was from 2019)? That's what I'd like to know.
