A dental implant is a small, medical-grade titanium post that acts as a new root to support a single new tooth or multiple new teeth. Dental implants are long-lasting, integrated or fused to the jaw bone in a manner similar to a tooth. Unlike other tooth replacement options, dental implants can be placed the same day the existing teeth are removed to quickly restore your smile. Your implants are firmly affixed, do not shake loose, and can last a lifetime.

The All-on-4® Treatment Concept provides a long-term, same-day replacement for an entire set of teeth. This unique and specialized procedure permanently replaces all of the upper or lower teeth in a single arch, restoring your smile instantly. Unlike other restorative treatments, the procedure for the All-on-4® Treatment Concept can be completed in one visit, allowing you to quickly experience the aesthetic and functional benefits of your new set of teeth. This procedure can also be performed at a fraction of the cost of other treatment methods.

Dr. Mogyoros is a native of Denver, CO. He came to Philadelphia to attend the University of Pennsylvania. After receiving his BA, he was admitted to the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he graduated near the top of his class. He was then admitted to a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Thomas Jefferson University hospital, where he was elected chief resident in his final year. He then was accepted to a prestigious Implant Surgical fellowship (only one fellow a year is accepted) at the Colorado Institute for Bioengineering.

Rand has been in the dental laboratory industry for over 45 years as a technician and second-generation owner of a commercial dental laboratory. Rand was initially trained in dental implants in 1980 and has over 30 years of implant experience. He spent a majority of his time working on the most complex dental implant cases in the lab and has spent hours of time chair-side helping to train restorative dentists and deliver prostheses. Not only is Rand a dental technician, he was also a patient and now has a full lower fixed prosthesis on implants.

Dr. Thaler is a prosthodontist who earned his dental degree from the Baltimore College Of Dental Surgery, University Of Maryland. He served in the United States Navy Dental Corps where he completed a GPR at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Virginia, and a Prosthodontic Residency at the Naval Dental School, Bethesda, Maryland. He has served on the faculty of the Southern Illinois University School Of Dental Medicine, Temple University School Of Dentistry, and the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine. He has lectured locally, nationally, and in Canada. He has been named one of the ‘Top Dentists’ by both Main Line Today and Delaware Today magazines.

Why not just use an implant guide? Seems like a much more cost effective method with all the benefits except print time...

I'm not worrying about the surgery, I'm worrying about having a heart attack from worrying about it before I even get to the hospital!
