It's about Texoma time! But, we go all the way around the Huge State of Texas - because nobody else does.

This is the best month for what remains of the months on the calendar - IF you want some great saltwater action on the Texas Gulf Coast! Why are you not hearing much about it? Well, watch and find out!
The freshwater bite is slow across much of Texas, but a couple of lakes are still standing out this week.
Texoma round one - an evening bite came on in a small way, and I look forward to more time on Texoma in winter. It's the only place nearby that there is a chance of doing some big calm water fly fishing, and Texoma is a BIG lake!
If you drive a Toyota, make sure you can hear your brakes before you burn them to the ground! I am waiting for parts to arrive for the rear brakes, and you kind of need brakes if you are towing all the time! TOYOTA are you watching? I would be glad to endorse you for one of those new Toyota Land Cruisers! Heck, I will even grow dreadlocks if it gets parked in my driveway!
