In the slide Effect of Exponents you have mentioned that 0^-1=0. To the best of my knowledge, 0^-1 is not defined, since 0^-1= 1/0 which is undefined. In the same slide, you have referred to 0 as non-negative even integer. Actually 0 is neither negative nor positive.

Hi, i am not clear how 2^k can be both even/odd. Non negative numbers mean +ve numbers. So in this it should be even. Are you also considering 0?
