6 volt batteries wired in series. Oscilloscope measuring in series. Meters measured in parallel. I bulb 3 amp.

Well, a lead acid battery would deliver cv cc or constant voltage constant current. I suppose it may resonate a frequency, but I'm not sure.
If it did, you would see it on the oscilloscope and it would have a wave pattern that could be measured. But DC voltage and current are constant so it doesn't fluctuate. So I hope that makes sense.
