Ok children let me explain.
If you use cheep components in your electronics this is what happens.
That noise sounds like there is a short in the amplifier ic that that speaker is connected to.
Simple explanation as the ic heats up because of the short electricity is transmitted once hot enough the short un couples then when cool enough the short returns creating the cycle of sound in the speaker.
I have herd faulty sound equipment do almost exactly what is happing here.
Also when i was younger my uncle shorted the amp on an old transistor radio to use as a bed wetting alarm for my cousin and its sound closely resembled that of this space craft but loe rumble that cycled up and down in volume.
SO DEFFINETLY NOT ALIENS.

Could it be like "road noise" . I wire speakers and subs in cars and I know this could be an issue you come across from speaker wire being to close to other wires with a lot of current or something similar
