1:01 this shows how low the jedi order has fallen, killing a incapacitated creature, and we know that attacked them because thats what any animal do, attack the creature that invades its house, anyway this and other things such as windu do prove that the jedi were no longer jedi, yoda and qui gon probably would use mind trick to avoid the fight with an innocent creature even if its dangerous
