I thought this was gonna be fun and dramatic. Then I got to the end of ep. 1 and my heart got ripped out of my chest. I really want to watch more, but then again I know how sad this is going to be and I just can't imagine there's gonna be a happy ending...

It also makes no sense at all that Will, considering it was Liam's trial day, would not be more anxious about Jaime's whereabouts. I know he assumed that Liam would not be given bail, but considering the possible consequences he would surely be more worried. Also, jaime seems incredibly untraumatised by the whole thing and is perfectly happy wandering around despite the recent horrific events. Maybe if this was a couple of months later, but i dont think it is.

Just binged this on ITV X. What a gripping storyline and a great cast.

I am left with one very annoying question. What was the significance of the gift wrapped metal box of tea left in the female barrister's house? It upset her a lot and she called someone but we never heard about it again.

Im sure Jaime would have a harder time dealing with it than Will aswell, because not only is he a child, but he clearly had a much better relationship with his mum than his dad, due to his dad working all the time

Surely Jaime should realise who it is!? I mean I know he was in a box when the murder happened, but either Liam put him in there or jaime got in there after seeing liam in the house. He also waved at him earlier in the episode and even if he didnt realize it was him you'd think he would find it a little strange considering what happened to him. Even if he genuinly didnt see him in any of these events, surely he would of seen pictures after the murder?! I mean, for his own safety? Or curiosity?

In their first meeting liam foyle said to well (( When i look at you i see myself)) so it is kinda like hannibal with well but more terrifing 😭💔
