installed via Microsoft visual studio and separately on c drive? Will reinstall on C and try again, dotnet --version gives not installed but it is, thanks dude, this should move closer to fixing this

i have dotnet in program files, but no dotnet program files (x86) in systems variables, what to do?

or you should try choosing Console App (.NET Framework) not the Console App when creating a project

ok deleted auto created on from Microsoft visual studio for x86 with a ending \ slash check for duplicates...
