On December 9th, 2024, 34-year-old Atul Subhash was found dead in his Bengaluru apartment, leaving behind a chilling message – "Justice is Due." His 1.5-hour-long video and 24-page note detail years of alleged harassment, false legal cases, and mental anguish inflicted by his wife, Nikita Singhania, and her family. Atul's death has sparked nationwide outrage, exposing the darker side of India’s legal system, where men facing domestic disputes often find themselves caught in lengthy, biased legal battles. But, this story has another version - Nikita's which includes counterclaims of abuse. Now, we aren't here to give any verdict. However, one question remains, 'why did Atul take this drastic step?' Is our justice system fair to everyone? Is this a personal tragedy or part of a larger systemic failure? Let's find out in this video.

Thank you for this video, sir. It seems like people have started to forget about this case as everyone is caught up in their daily lives. I'm really glad you brought it back to light. I truly hope that justice will prevail.

This case has shaken me internally. Earlier I used to believe in the phrase, "Never ask what the country has given you, ask yourself what you have given to the country ". Now I feel this phrase was also given so that we never ask the government for anything and just keep working and be scared of our future always. This case just made me realize this country system doesn't even care for us. When the judge said that the kid cannot be handed over to the grandmother as the kid is stranger to the petitioner. I personally feel the love that grandmother gives to their grandchild is more than the mother or father can ever give. I just can't hear anymore bad news about this case. 😢😮‍💨

I'm facing this type of situation/cases since 2014, got divorce from Family court in 2019 but still facing Fake Domestic Violence, 498-A, maintenance cases, those cases filed by my wife immediately after filling my Divorce petition against her on the ground of Cruelty....

20:45 This is what we need, A creator must hold their audience ( and their audience likewise too ) accountable. Calling out the people that don't pay attention is crucial. Hope more people now do and realise the importance of watching the whole video always without skipping .

Once a doctor said, "Our government is treating both genders equally, naa unhe justice mil raha (Atul Subhash) aur na hume (Doctor Moumita)" Harsh reality!
