The sahasrara or crown chakra is your gateway to infinite consciousness. It doesn't have those high pitched tones that go quiet and then really loud like other channels. Those bug me and make it hard to sleep. This one does not have that and I'm very grateful. Non of the sounds, tones, and frequencies are overpowering one another. Such a great balance to it.
