I have issues with high aldosterone that affects and causes high blood pressure. I want eventually to stop the blood pressure medication because it does not help with the root cause, and gives me so many side effects like insomnia, stomach pains, constipation, dizziness etc. that is making the condition worse. I heard good things about holy basil and the healing property specially to the adrenals. i am going to start taking it and will be writing a review. I will also going to see your yoga video that helps with the adrenals. Thank you

Great video! Do other 'healthy' salts like "Real Salt" or "Celtic Sea Salts" work just as well as Pink Himalayan salt? And would lemons work basically as well instead of limes? And both questions of course in the context of helping support adrenal health :)

Hi, is holy basil stimulating? I have severe anxiety with my adrenal problems right now and I do not want to cause more anxiety and jittery feeling by stimulating them 😞
