Dear Prof., if both pump and turbine efficiency is given, how will we be able to decide which one to use to calculate the height difference between upper and lower reservoir? Given that we know the value of stored energy, volume, density and Gravitational constant (g). That means how will we decide that "Stored energy" be considered as Input or output of the system? Thanks.
