I started my Senior care diploma AFTER completing 10 years of education.The Diploma is of one year. After completing a one year diploma, I studied two more years to complete my High school. Will this break up make my diploma equal to post secondary education? Keep in mind that I did not complete my diploma AFTER 12 years of education, although I have 12 years of education.

Hi, I have a question. The caregiver program requires post-secondary education credential of at least one year. But most of the caregiver training courses in Canada are 8 months. Does it need to be one full year or just one academic year (8 months)?

I have another question, , before i came to canada my passport is expiring in about 1yr and 6 months, because of that they only grated me a visa and work permit that is gaoing to expire same as with my passport. After a yr, theres a new pr program that only requires at least 1 yr of experience so i decided to apply for that program, so in few months now i need to extend my work permit with my renewed passport, , my question is, can i just apply for my open work permit instead of just extending my current work permit with the same employer?

Excuse me. I don't understand the caregiver program, to be in caregiver program and work you have to have some Canadian experience, for example you need to have some years working as a caregiver to apply this program?
Or can you apply from your country having experience there?
